The Wages of Sin (and what is it worth)…

This might be of interest to people.
Discovered there is an historical currency converter on the National Archives site:
https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/currency-converter/
So when reading those historical texts about a knights wealth or soldiers pay, you can see how much it would be today and how much it could purchase back then. It covers 1270-2017
So if you are really said you can reminisce at how much more you could buy in the 70’s and 80’s (or 60’s for some of you 😉
As I usually say to players, “You’ll pay for that…”.
