Chestnut Lodge Wargames Group is dedicated to improving game design through Quality, Criticism & Development.

CLWG celebrated 40 years in 2015 and has members in several countries, although the primary focus for physical activities tends to be in London. The club meets on the first Sunday of the month and has an annual conference in the first weekend of October and a games weekend in April, usually the first weekend but it sometimes moves to avoid clashing with the Easter weekend.

Membership

Membership is open to all, but there are conditions. Each member is expected to write at least one article for MilMud each year and also to put on at least one session at a meeting.

There is also a modest fee for membership, this mostly covers venue hire. The current fees (2020-21) are £10 for ordinary membership and £5 for reduced, and overseas membership.  To enquire about joining please email the treasurer at nickluft@gmail.com
